My name is Kevin Thomas. I am a hobbyist woodworker who just happens to have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). Just like my mother, before me, I try to express my creative side despite the nagging effects of the RA. While my mother was a seamstress, I express myself thru woodworking and writing right here.

Crooked Hands Woodshop comes from the way my hands look after years of joint damage caused by the RA. My own hand was used in the design of my logo. I write about my disease, my woodworking, and my friends at the Kansas City Woodworkers’ Guild. My hope is that you find this blog enlightening and entertaining.
